David Doctorow

Chief Executive Officer

Over a thirty-year career, David has helped transform and grow some of the world’s best-known technology businesses in the travel, e-commerce, and real estate industries. Before joining Custom Ink, he served as CEO of Realtor.com, where he led the business to record revenue, profit, and consumer satisfaction. Earlier, he led significant growth in eBay’s customer acquisition & retention as head of Global Growth and helped Expedia double its sales and profit as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, leading the company through a series of acquisitions and cementing its position as the leader in the online travel industry. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at McKinsey, where he oversaw the Marketing ROI service line on the West Coast, and HP, where he managed marketing strategy and operations. David began his career in the investment banking industry, running a corporate development team at Deutsche Bank North America and as a financial analyst at Dillon, Read & Co.

Bailey Rockwell Adrian

SVP/GM Swag Business Unit

Bailey Adrian serves as SVP and General Manager of Custom Ink’s Swag and Swag Pro businesses, including Swag.com. Bailey built her 15+ year career at Custom Ink holding a variety of roles in sales, merchandising, and strategy where she incubated and operationalized a variety of new growth levers and businesses for the company, including licensing and stores. Most recently, she led the acquisitions of Swag.com and Printfection (now re-branded as Swag Pro), propelling Custom Ink into the Swag Management space and powering our Swag Business Unit platform. Outside of Custom Ink, Bailey sits on the Board of Artifact Uprising, a premium photobook company where she has helped nurture and develop the company’s B2B selling motion.

Philip Auerbach

Chief Marketing Officer

Philip Auerbach is Custom Ink’s Chief Marketing Officer, where he leads the company’s brand strategy, performance marketing, and customer acquisition efforts. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Philip has earned a reputation for driving high-impact growth and digital transformation for category-leading consumer brands. Before joining Custom Ink, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Bumble Inc, where he oversaw all marketing and commercial efforts across the company’s app portfolio, most notably its flagship apps Bumble and Badoo. Prior to that he also served as Chief Digital & Strategy Officer at Dunkin Brands; Chief Commercial Officer at Lindblad Expeditions; and Senior Vice President and Regional Chief Marketing Officer at Caesars Entertainment.

Arthur Chapin

Chief Product, Technology, and Design Officer

Arthur serves as Custom Ink’s Chief Product, Technology, and Design Officer, where he aligns product and design vision with technical execution to build innovative, customer-centric solutions. With over 25 years of experience at high-growth companies, Arthur is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and marketplace scale. Prior to Custom Ink, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Realtor.com, overseeing product, technology, sales, and marketing for the company’s growth businesses. Arthur’s foundational career spanned two decades at Expedia Group, where he rose from the company’s first intern to Chief Product Officer. In his final role as SVP & GM of Lodging, he led the product, technology, and strategy across the group’s global portfolio—including Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, Travelocity, Orbitz, and Hotwire—where he spearheaded the integration of these brands into a unified, scalable travel platform.

Ben Litvinas

Chief Strategy, Data, and Analytics Officer

Ben is Custom Ink’s Chief Strategy, Data, and Analytics Officer, where he leads Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML. Throughout his career, Ben has specialized in leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and strategic operational frameworks to scale high-growth platforms. Before joining Custom Ink in 2024, he served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Altice where he deployed AI to nearly 5000 frontline employees to achieve multiple points of enterprise margin expansion. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Data Science and Analytics at Realtor.com where he was instrumental in modernizing the company’s data infrastructure and driving consumer-centric growth through machine learning. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Comcast, Booz Allen Hamilton, and GRA Inc.

Ryan Massimo

Chief Revenue Officer

Ryan Massimo is Custom Ink’s Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s sales initiatives and revenue growth. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Ryan has built a reputation for scaling high-performing go-to-market organizations and leading complex business transformations. Before joining Custom Ink in 2025, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Demand Sales at ezCater, where he led a scaling of the B2B sales motion from $10 million to over $400 million in annual revenue. Earlier, he held key leadership positions at Vistaprint, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s global transformation, and spent 14 years at Dell, where he launched the company’s first loyalty program.

Kane Posner

Chief Merchandising and Operations Officer

Kane Posner is Custom Ink’s Chief Merchandising and Operations Officer, where he leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain, production, and merchandising strategies. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Kane has become a recognized leader in scaling operational infrastructure for high-growth technology and apparel platforms. Before joining Custom Ink in 2022, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Wodify, driving financial and operational rigor for the fitness SaaS platform. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Printfly, where he streamlined production and logistics. Earlier in his career, he held key leadership roles at alphabroder, one of the nation's largest distributors of tradeable apparel.

Justin Swietlik

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Justin leads Custom Ink's financial strategy, capital management, and value creation — ensuring the company remains well-positioned for profitable growth and operational agility. Since joining Custom Ink in 2016, he has built deep institutional knowledge across FP&A, treasury, accounting, procurement, tax, strategic planning & transactions, total rewards, and systems implementations. Justin has been a key architect of the company's most significant financial milestones, including the 2019 Great Hill Partners & HarbourVest Partners recapitalization, multiple strategic M&A transactions, and substantial growth capital raises. Prior to Custom Ink, Justin held finance roles at Comerica Bank's Technology & Life Sciences Division, Pivot Cycles, and Rigquipment Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Virginia.

Renee Tatarek

VP, People

As VP of People for Custom Ink, Renee leads the enterprise-wide people strategy. She is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness by cultivating a high-performance culture, increasing employee engagement, and ensuring the business is equipped to meet its strategic goals through talent, change, and communication excellence. Renee joined Custom Ink over a decade ago and brings significant experience in recruiting, talent management, and performance and culture. Prior to Custom Ink, Renee began her career in corporate and agency marketing.

Board of Directors

Marc Katz, Chairman of the Board: Marc co-founded Custom Ink in 2000 and served as CEO until August of 2024. Marc led Custom Ink from its beginnings as the first company that let people design custom t-shirts online to being the online leader in custom swag and apparel for companies, schools, organizations, groups, and other communities. Prior to founding Custom Ink, Marc worked as a financial analyst at a Wall Street firm. Marc earned his B.A. in Physics from Harvard University. While there, Marc led and supervised public service programs through the Phillips Brooks House Association.

Michael Bernstein
Michael is the founder and manager of Partners Edge Funds, a boutique investment fund focused on private equity, growth equity and venture investments. Michael is also the Managing Partner of Woodland Management, Inc., a family investment office founded by Michael and his father. Prior to joining Woodland, Michael served as CEO of Polyconcept, a leading global supplier of promotional merchandise. He led the growth of Polyconcept from a small, family-owned business into a global leader with annual sales close to $1 billion. Michael holds a BA in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh.


Peter Garran
Peter is a Managing Director at Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm with $19 billion in assets under management. He leads all capital markets activities at GHP, including debt and equity financings for new investments and existing portfolio companies. Peter earned a BA in History & Literature from Harvard College.


Michael Kumin

Michael is a Managing Director at Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm with $19 billion in assets under management. He focuses on investments across consumer, internet, media, software, and business services, and serves on several public and private company boards. Michael earned a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs at Princeton University.


Lisa Lewin
Lisa Lewin is a strategist and operating executive with 25 years of experience leading and advising private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations. She is the CEO of General Assembly, a pioneer in education and career transformation offering dynamic courses in data, design, business, technology, and other high-demand skills. Prior, she held various roles at Pearson and McGraw-Hill, and founded Ethical Ventures, a New York City-based management consulting firm advising some of the world’s most ambitious social enterprises and mission-driven companies. Lisa serves on the boards of the Wikimedia Foundation, Bank Street College of Education, and the Leadership Now Project. She received a BS from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.


Seth Palmer
Seth Palmer is a Principal at HarbourVest Partners, an independent, global private markets investment firm with 36 years of experience, where he focuses on sourcing, reviewing, executing, and monitoring direct co-investments. Seth joined the Firm from BlackRock, where he was a director and founding member of BlackRock Private Markets. His previous experience also includes tenures at Weston Presidio and Banc of America Securities. Seth received a BA with high distinction in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Dave Roberts

David is a Managing Director at Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm with $19 billion in assets under management. He focuses on investments across consumer, software, internet, and business services, and serves on the boards of Custom Ink and Bombas. David earned a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Douglas Wigley

Douglas is a Vice President at Great Hill Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm with $19 billion in assets under management. He focuses on investments across consumer, software, internet, and business services. Douglas earned a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
