Our Inker Diversity Councils (IDCs) speak volumes on how we as a company want to make sure each and every group is represented here. I am part of the new women’s IDC and we have amazing discussions. It has really brought me a sense of belonging here.

Golden Rule [Gr]
It’s tried & true… We treat others as we want to be treated. This includes being honest and candid, as well as empathetic, inclusive, and kind.
We think and act like owners - giving our best to help others be theirs. This means focusing on results, working with pride, and being accountable.
We challenge the status quo on a quest for positive change. This requires an open mind, creativity with intent, and diligent effort.
These values, along with an encompassing value of Trust, have kept us “GrOwIn” since 2000.
Custom Ink: Our Team of “Inkers”
We’re a lot more than a t-shirt company. We’ve been uniting groups, elevating occasions, and bringing people together through the power of custom apparel for 23 years.
Headquartered in Northern Virginia, we’ve grown to 7 locations across the country and more than 1,600 team members, yet we continue to operate with the same values as we did back when we were a party of 3. Every day, we strive to provide incredible service, grow our capabilities, and enhance our online experience, while celebrating and encouraging our teammates like family.
Our Community Makes an Impact
At Custom Ink, we’re a group of like-minded individuals creating a community through a shared purpose, direction, and set of values. Inkers strive to create an impact through daily interactions within our own community and with our customers across the country. Whether in their specific role or by volunteering for a Three Hearts sponsored event - every Inker has the potential to drive real change, innovate, and grow.
Through our Three Hearts Initiative, we put how much we care about our customers, team members, community, and environment into action through community service and Inker-led volunteerism.
Diversity & Belonging at Custom Ink
Community is about embracing diversity, inclusion, empathy, and equity in the spirit of shared purpose and values. Custom Ink is committed to being a diverse and inclusive community company where every Inker (that’s what we call our team members), particularly those at high risk of being marginalized based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other factors, feels welcomed and a sense of belonging; is heard, valued, and can thrive as their authentic selves. This is an ongoing process that will continue to evolve. Check out our Diversity & Belonging page to learn more about some of these efforts.Learn More
