carriage horses should not be banned from NY especially when the people who want the ban don't know anything about horses. Most horses work one way or another. The main thing is for them be well taken care of.
Calling these horses abused is ridiculous! Carriage on!
Because it's a tradition, one man shouldn't be able to come in and change this. I heard he never even visited the stables. Smells of a financial back door deal for the mayor. Let's face it, look how he respects the police. He doesn't respect the city
