The Write on Fight on College Scholarship Award

On May 17, Write on Fight on Project is proud to sponsor a Write-a-Thon in Robbinsville, New Jersey to raise money for the Write on Fight On Scholarship Award for a deserving senior at Robbinsville High School. The Write-a-Thon is a mini writer's retreat for high school students. This two hour retreat affords young writers the opportunity to explore the power of storytelling as they scribe their own literary narrative.

During this Write-a-Thon students will craft a piece in response to a writing prompt that reflects the message and spirit of Write on Fight on. After the Write-a-Thon, the student responses will be evaluated by a panel of judges and one student writer will be awarded the Write on Fight on College Scholarship Award.

On April 19, the Robbinsville community suffered a great loss when Superintendent Dr. Steve Mayer tragically passed away. Dr. Mayer was a supporter of Write on Fight on and the Write-a-Thon event. To honor the life of Dr. Mayer, the back of the shirt will offer tribute to Dr. Mayer and one of his many mottoes... #BeAFan

The primary goals of The Write on Fight on Project is to promote literacy and the power of storelling among high school students as well as raise money and awareness for community projects. This Booster campaign allows those who can not actively participate in the Write- a-Thon support to the Write on Fight on Scholarship Award at Robbinsville High School.
