The 12 Labours Team Lions is heading back to Semifinals for the second year in a row. This year the team of 4 will head to Knoxville TN to compete May 30 - June 1.
The team completed 3 open workouts within the gym, then moved on and completed 4 team-style workouts over a weekend. The top 30 teams from the North America East region moved on to Semifinals and the lions finished 18th overall. The top 8 teams in Knoxville will move on to the CrossFit Games.
