2020 Walk to End Alzheimer's - Boulder, CO 09/12/2020

My walking group is called The CogniDivas. Please support us!

We are an inspiring cadre of lady walkers (and their male supporters) who wish to prevent cognitive decline. The 2020 walk will be the first of many we will participate in to not only improve our mental clarity, but also spread the word that certain lifestyle interventions (like walking, sleep and yes, glucose regulation) can delay or prevent cognitive decline.

Together, we can try and prevent Alzheimer's disease!
