America’s Warrior Partnership (AWP) is changing the way we look at veteran suicide. It’s an issue that goes beyond mental health. It could come at the loss of a job, financial stress, isolation, and lack of hope for the future. At AWP, we believe suicide is not just a mental health problem. It’s a quality of life problem. We bring together veterans and communities to solve the most pressing issues related to the military community from transition out of the service to employment, lack of purpose and homelessness. We break down barriers, raise awareness, and create solutions for individuals and communities. Our mission is to partner with communities to prevent veteran suicide.
