His unwavering spirit and dedication to the Military Order of the Devil Dogs and the Marine Corps League inspired countless members and friends. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate his legacy of service and commitment to making a difference.

Jeffrey was a dear friend an we had many a talk an get togethers. I still find it hard to believe that he is gone.
