Let's Get L.I.T!! - Leaders In Training Program Launch

The Leaders In Training program or LIT is an AKiDemic, Inc. program where youth ages 14 - 21 participate in fun, innovative job training, employment and business opportunities. By business opportunities we mean, the youth run, work for, are trained and compensated by, and upon successful completion or aging out of our programming, have the opportunity to have a career with and/or own stock in the company.
We offer programming to youth of all ages who need tutoring, mentoring or just something to o, howevr in order to work for AKiDemic, Inc, to be a tutor or mentor, you must participate in the LIT program. LIT helps to develop character, discipline & self-esteem all while becoming successful. This program is for molding and shaping children to find their purpose in life. Honing in on their talents and leading them down a path with many opportunities for success. One of the most important assets of this program is providing bank accounts and money management. <
Th LIT Labis a party & event venue for youth and families. It can accommodate birthday parties, game console and movie parties with either standard lighting or glow in the dark features & black lighting. The youth enrolled in the Leaders In Training job training program will train to be employees for 15 weeks with training Monday through Thursday and working days Friday through Sunday. From customer service to scheduling, students will receive 15+ hours of training, receive a stipend, learn how a business operates and much more!
