A Lady At All Times (ALAAT) is an organization dedicated to inspiring young ladies and women to fulfill the purpose and plan God has ordained for their lives. Our vision is to transform the way women present themselves in today’s world by teaching and sharing the fundamental characteristics of a true lady, qualities that lead to confidence, strong character, and successful relationships. Our mission is to transfer knowledge and provide practical tools through coaching, workshops, and real-life experiences that help women set goals, overcome obstacles, and develop faith in themselves and in God. We believe in teaching girls of all ages the powerful message: “Yes, She Can!” We aim to mold them while they are young, inspire them in their prime, and remind them of who they are when life causes them to lose their way. We humbly ask for your generous support to help us continue transforming the lives of young girls and women through this important work.

We are a team of women who have experienced trauma, crisis, marriage, and family challenges, as well as moments of laughter, tears, and fear. We bring these real-life experiences to the table to help uplift and guide others who may be facing similar situations. Our workshops are filled with strength, encouragement, and practical wisdom. We strive to ensure that every woman leaves feeling like an overcomer and a survivor—empowered and confident, ready to face any situation that life brings.
