About this campaign

The Children’s Place Go Blue Fundraiser! Stand with us to protect and empower children in the Mat-Su Valley by going blue on Friday, April 3rd 2026!

Here’s how you can join the movement: Buy a Hoodie: Every hoodie sold supports child victims of abuse and helps fund an inspiring mural in our teen waiting area, created by a local artist.

Event Details: Friday, April 3rd ⏰ 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Corner of Parks and Crusey at Newcomb Park
Wear your hoodie, blue hair, face paint, and bring signs to rally and wave to thousands of passing cars!

Can’t make it? No worries! Businesses and individuals can still participate by going blue and sharing your photos online to show your support.

✨ Why It Matters: Child abuse is the biggest unspoken threat children face in the Mat-Su Valley. Together, we can break the silence and build hope. Our Goal: Sell 150 hoodies and raise $2,000 to make this mural a reality. Every dollar raised stays local to support the Mat-Su Valley’s Child Advocacy Center.
