About this campaign

The Amazon Women Warriors of Dahomey were one of the most powerful armies in West Africa fighting against the Slave-Trade. These powerful women were named MINO, "Our Mothers," by their male counterparts. The MINO were highly disciplined, respected and successful on the battlefield. The proceeds from this fundraiser will fund efforts to support self-healing communities through unity and academic excellence in Benin, West Africa.
