HOPE is committed to supporting and adhering to the following anti-poaching policies, operations and procedures: Anti-Poaching operations are conducted throughout the full range of government, law enforcement, conservation/preservation and security operations. The nature of operations conducted by Anti-Poaching forces involves oversight at the national level. Effective Anti-Poaching operations include the use of small units, specifically trained utilizing specialized tactics, technology, and equipment to degrade the illegal activity and achieve regional stability. Our Anti-Poaching portfolio supports the full range of operations and is inherently managed as a jointly integrated activity. Furthermore, H.O.P.E., a non-profit humanitarian organization provides NGO, Humanitarian, HostNation resource protection byutilizing its relationships and partnerships with indigenous business entitiesfor ease of access for integration, sustainability, information and movement ofcapabilities, technologies and personnel. HOPE operates on a “light platform” concept, providing the least intrusive and complementary support to HostNations. HOPE’s consultation and training services partnered with Host Nation officials,allows for the collection, analysis and dissemination of information inareas of low governance. HOPE also provides a conduit for technology integration, insertion, and partnering with globaltechnology firms to further international anti-poaching collaboration efforts. Through its well-established network of commercial and business organizations, HOPE relies on an open architecture system for intelligence gathering and collaboration.It is through this strong network that HOPE is also able to provide assistance through conservation, eco-friendly protection solutions that promote community building and the cohabitation of endangered species with human beings.
