About this campaign
By purchasing an item from the AntiSexist AntiRacist ProEquality Beer Club merch fundraiser, you are helping to bring awareness to the much-needed changes in the beer industry and stand with those who have shared their stories of harassment and discrimination. A percentage of proceeds will go to initiatives and programs focused on inclusion and creating safe spaces in the beer industry.
Donations will be allocated by percentage of total proceeds from this fundraiser:
80% will go to the Change in the Air Foundation & Festival
20% will go to Brave Noise and affiliated programs and initiatives
About Change in the Air:
We believe in creating a more inclusive beer industry. To provide a pathway to resources, New England Brewing Co. and The Connecticut Brewers Guild, along with Sacred Heart University, created the CT Brewers Guild African American Brewing Scholarship- making education in the brewing sciences more accessible to Black and Brown brewers.
Change In The Air Festival is a philanthropic fundraising effort to build our scholarship, while simultaneously providing safe, inclusive spaces for all Craft beer enthusiasts.
About the Brave Noise Global Beer Collaboration and Initiative:
A collaboration with a big goal: A safe and discrimination-free beer industry. Brave Noise is advocating for safe spaces and inclusive environments by requesting breweries be transparent with their policies and commit to long-term work.

About the AntiSexist AntiRacist ProEquality Beer Club fundraiser and initiative:
Brewer and Beer Industry Advocate Brienne Allan, Sacred Profane Brewing Owner and Brewer, who goes by @RatMagnet on Instagram initiated a movement in May 2021 after sharing stories submitted to her by women in the beer industry about their experiences with sexism, sexual harassment, assault and discrimination in the workplace. Since, thousands of stories have been shared igniting a #MeToo movement in the beer industry spotlighting the need for safe spaces, inclusive environments and more resources to best support industry staff. Proceeds from the fundraiser, which has raised over $50K since launch, go to support Brienne and Ash Eliot of Women of the Bevolution efforts, initiatives, associated programs as well as various nonprofit organizations focused on assisting survivors, advocating for equity and inclusion, and creating safe spaces within the beer/bev and hospitality industry.
