Back to Rescue

We all know that September represents Back to School time for many households, but did you know that SPCR is also proclaiming September as 'Back to Rescue' time? Don't get us wrong, our dedicated foster homes were no slouches this summer. In fact, they were filled to the brim with over 150 cats and kittens in foster care, a record setting number for us AND record setting vet bills!

For us, Back to Rescue means summer vacations are over, the kids are back in school, and we are even more focused on saving more kitties and giving them a second chance. This is also our time to replenish our kitty saving funds that became depleted over the summer with the surge of kittens and shelter overflow of adult cats. This is where we need your support!

You can help us in three ways:

Our shirt fundraisers REALLY DO MAKE MONEY FOR THE KITTIES! Individually, your purchase helps us pay for things such as flea treatment, intestinal parasite treatment and other medications, microchips, vaccinations, part of a neuter or spay, to name a few, but collectively, your purchase allows us to keep doing what we're doing and continue with our mission to be here for homeless purebred and special needs cats when they have nowhere else to go.

FOR THIS FUNDRAISER, SPCR will donate 25% of our proceeds to Best Friends Animal Society in their efforts to help the animals and families impacted by Hurricane Harvey and upcoming hurricanes.
