Help BARK Rescue CA Save More Dogs!

BARK Rescue CA was founded in August 2021. We started saving dogs in March 2022. Since March 2022, we have saved 27 dogs from euthanasia at overcrowded shelters. Saving a dog's life does not stop when we take the dog out of the shelter and place them at a foster home that we have vetted. We make sure the dog is well taken care of at the foster home, and that means taking them to the vets for health checkups, vaccine boosters, and anything else the dog needs to remain healthy. We also cover their food and some of their supplies. When we adopt them out to their forever homes, that we also carefully vet, we charge an adoption fee to help cover some of our costs of taking care of the dog, but adoption fees only cover PARTIALLY those costs- we work hard to raise funds from the general public to cover the remaining of the costs. This fundraiser is part of our hard work to raise money to help cover some of our costs of taking care of the dogs that we have saved and will save in the future.
