Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Last year, as many of you know, I participated in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day to celebrate my mom being cancer free for 10 years!! I was able to raise $1,500 for breast cancer research and although this year I sadly cannot participate in the event, I still want to do what I can for a cause that is very near and dear to me and so many others!

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women in the US, after skin cancer. It affects 1 in 8 women. Research has lead to major leaps and bounds in treatment and a significantly higher chance of survival and remission, but there is still so much that we don't know! This year, I will be donating the money raised to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the highest rated breast cancer organization in the US because I know the money will go to what's important: the research.

To do this, I am (obviously) selling shirts! I had so many people ask about these from last year after the link closed and thought it'd be fun to sell them again for anyone who missed out or anyone new who just thinks they're fun like I do! It's a win-win, you get a cool shirt and the money goes to a great cause :)
