The creator of this art is Steve Wameling: "Steve is an award winning artist from Utica, NY. He was educated at The Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute in Utica, NY, earning him an Associates degree in Fine Art and at the Fashion Institute of Technology earning him a Bachelor of Fine Arts in, Illustration. Wameling is also an author, publishing his first book of Illustrated short stories called “1001 Filthy Nights”, in August, 2020. This book has Wameling’s “Filthy” style of art on full display. Steve exhibits his work regularly throughout New York State and is on the faculty as a painting instructor at 4 Elements Studio, in Utica, NY. Wameling also paints commissioned portraits, creates caricatures at fairs and private events, creates paintings live at weddings, hosts paint nights, creates handcrafted wood carvings and wildlife/wilderness art.
