Black Lives Matter: Fighting for Our Lives

The recent events regarding Mike Brown and Eric Garner have shed national light on a problem that has been ongoing since the inception of this nation: the devaluing and demonizing of black life. While of course ALL LIVES MATTER, this movement is focusing specifically on the problems related to the black community. That is not to say that police brutality against other minorities is not as important; rather, it is understanding that black people face more danger and violence than certain other races due to this nation's history. Please work with us to try to correct this imbalance of power. 

The proceeds from this campaign will be going to the Ferguson Movement Infrastructure Fund, which will use the money for peaceful protesting purposes, such as buying supplies for safe spaces and different protest actions (such as art supplies).
