About this campaign

This fundraiser exists to raise the funds needed to keep yoga and mindfulness programs where they are needed most, in our schools. One sweatshirt bought is between two and four students receiving 10 weeks of yoga during the day at their elementary school. If we sell 50 sweatshirts, that is 60 students receiving 10 weeks of yoga this year and 100 sweatshirts is between four and five entire classes practicing yoga each week. So, buy some sweatshirts for your friends and family!

Soul Yoga foundation has been bringing the tools of mindfulness and yoga to youth and educators in Sonoma County for the past several years. Now, more than ever, our youth and educators are experiencing high levels of stress and burnout with limited support for mental and physical health issues. Yoga is a proactive tool that helps to manage stress and regulate the nervous system of those who practice consistently. Our commitment is to to keep these tools accessible to those who need it most. Your support matters to making that possible.

My first yoga class was in high school in 1975. It’s been part of my practice ever since and has changed my life. It so important to give our children the tools for a healthy and happy life early on. Thank you Lisa for your service to our youth!
