About this campaign

This fundraiser is to simply help support the cost of multiple trips to St. Louis, Mo and therapy 5 days a week once Breckyn returns home. Once the surgery is complete Breckyn will have Physical therapy 35 miles from home 5 days a week. Purchase T shirt's for your family members to show your support for Breckyn and to help him reach the full potential of his new loose legs! Please show your support on May 4th which is Breckyns surgery day by wearing your shirt!!!

Breckyn Heinemann has Quad Cerebral Palsy. He has been through so much in his 2.5 years of life. Multiple therapy sessions, countless exams and evaluations and an endless amount of traveling. His parents took him to St. Louis Childrens hospital the end of March in hopes to find something that would give Breckyn a chance at independence. The doctor they saw gave them the news that Breckyn was a candidate for a surgery called " Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy." Tis surgery is a LIFE CHANGING surgery where the surgeon goes in and cuts nerves in Breckyns spinal cavity and permanently removes the spasticity(tight muscles). The tight muscles in kids with Cerebral palsy is the reason they end of having things like contractors, bone deformities, multiple surgeries for muscle and tendon releases and also is the reason for limited mobility and motor skills. This surgery will give Breckyn the chance to be independent and avoid multiple surgeries in the future! Please purchase your shirt today to help support Breckyn on his journey to new legs!
