BRG Belligerents WFTDA Division 2 Play-Off Fundraiser

Almost 4 years ago, the small group of people that founded the Brandywine Roller Girls had high hopes - goals were made and as a league many challenges were faced:

We wanted to recruit and train women from all over the area to become strong and talented athletes - Check.

We wanted to become a full member league of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association - Check.

We wanted to play hard andplayfair - Check.

We wanted toplay teams from all over the world- Check.(Canada (away), FinlandandAustralia (home))

The 2014 season began with an even more challenging goal set bythe Belligerents:
They wanted to play hard enough to make it to the the WFTDA Division 2 Play-Offs - CHECK!

The Belligerents achieved this goal through hard work and dedication - they fought every single step to get here.

We need to raise $5,000 – no small feat. We are asking for your help.

You, our fans have been with us every step of the way, cheering us on at home and on the road. You, our fans, have no idea what this means, to hear you call out “WHO ARE WE? BRG!” at every game. BRG has the most amazing fan base of any roller derby team. So even if you cannot help us, thank you for being there. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for caring.
