About this campaign

When Bridgette Rae Heupel was born, she was born with a heart condition. After her yearly checkup, her doctor noticed that she has a hole in her heart that she will need surgery to fix. Two year old Bridgette will be having open heart surgery on November 28 in Rochester, Minnesota. This fundraiser will help defray medical costs. Please join us to help our beloved music teacher and his family during this difficult time.
