About this campaign

CARE needs your help. Every dog and cat deserves a second chance to live a good life outside the walls of a shelter. Sometimes, what hinders them from them being adopted is simple basic medical care. CARE helps fund basic veterinary costs and medications to make sure that every dog and cat get their second chance.

The Companion Animal Rehabilitation Emergency Medical Fund (CARE Medical Fund) brings otherwise unadoptable companion animals to an adoptable condition by providing emergency medical funding and assistance to local shelter animals. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in good standing in the state of Arizona. Currently, our main focus is to help the animals sheltered at the Paws and Claws Care Center in Apache Junction, AZ.
