Project ‘Change One Life’ is a non-profit, volunteer-based cat rescue. We do NOT re-home any of the cats we rescue. These cats have been so traumatized by abandonment and all they’ve been through out there in the streets, we couldn't stand to see them suffer so much all over again so we want them to find in our cat shelter a home for life.
