Chloe's Wreckin' Crew

As many of you know Chloe was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was 2.5 years old. Shortly after she was diagnosed we learned she had what is called refractory epilepsy which is hard to treat epilepsy. She has tried and failed 13 medications, 2 forms of diet therapy....she also had a VNS (vagus nerve simulator) implanted which has helped reduce her seizures. We are still searching for a miracle for her to be seizure free and hope to get there in the near future.

Chloe has only 2 seizure free days since she was diagnosed. Some days are better than other days but she always gets back up and smiles through it.

Chloe is a very special girl and loves to help others. She is a brave, strong and loving little girl. She has met some amazing people throughout the years! She seems to make friends where ever she goes and has formed special bonds with some amazing people. Each time we have done a tee shirt fundraiser Chloe has picked where the money should go. She has helped raise money for Boston Medical Child Life Program and did a toy drive to get new toys for the pediatric floor. She has raised money to purchase fabric to have very generous family and friends transform them into pillowcases for the kids on the pediatric floor of Boston Medical Center. This year Chloe has already recruited people to help with her annual pillowcase donation and wants to raise money for a magical place called Give Kids the World in Florida!

2 years ago Chloe's neurologist nominated her for a wish through Make a Wish. Chloe choose to go to Disney to meet her favorite villain....Cruella DeVil! This was such a special trip for her and our family! Although her seizures came with us on this trip she was able to be a kid and have fun! This trip gave us some great happy memories that will be cherished for years! We would love help Chloe with this and will donate all the money raised from these shirts (that Chloe helped design) for Give Kids the World. Give Kids the World is a magical place that hosts wish families that wish for a Disney vacation. Each family gets a private villa, 3 meals a day, along with lots of great planned events and activities. It truly is a wonderful organization.
