T-Shirt Fundraiser for Camp Kesem GW

Camp Kesem GWis a free one-week summer camp serving the children of cancer patients in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. We bring magic to these families by providing our campers with an opportunity where they can meet peers in a similar situation, form lasting friendships, and build self-esteem through a week of fun! Camp Kesem GW was founded in the fall of 2007. At our first camp in August of 2008 with just 10 campers and 12 counselors, GW students used the power of fun to transform lives and empower our campers. Since then, we have grown considerably! In 2013, we had 77 campers, 44 counselors, and a whole lot of pudding. With activities like messy games, a ropes course, campfires, and a talent show, it's hard not to feel the CK Magic.But we need your help to reach more of the 3 million children in the United States who have a parent with cancer.CKGW aims to serve100 campersat our 2014 camp with the help of50 volunteer counselors. As one of our 7-year old campers said,"Camp Kesem helps me destroy the things I'm afraid of."Help us continue to share the magic of Camp Kesem with even more families!
