NICU 3 Unit Council has had so many ideas on ways to boost positivity, enhance camaraderie, and bring some fun to the NICU 3 team, but time and time again the same thing keeps holding us back.. no monies! We’re hopeful, however, that given the overall interest in NICU sweatshirts and other apparel, we may have found one funding solution that can help us recognize the hard work we see our team put in every day!
