About this campaign

Dakota's Dream is a non-profit animal rescue based out of Winchester, VA. Dakota's Dream was founded to care for animals through rehabilitation, education, and matching pets to people.

Hope is the name of a German Shepherd puppy surrendered to Dakota's Dream because of her special needs. Hope was born missing one back paw and her other back paw does not have pads. To protect her back legs Hope needs prosthetic paws. She also has many other medical expenses related to her disability. Dakota's Dream's vision is to rehabilitate Hope and then allow her to "pay forward" the help she gets by having her help children with disabilities.
