About this campaign
Legislative session ended this week (6/30). Another year without cannabis legalization doesn't change the fact that Delaware has a large and growing market of consumers and unlicensed retailers. Our legislature continues to fail to realize that cannabis legalization doesn't impact adults' decision to possess and consume cannabis, it merely determines where we buy it - from unlicensed and unregulated retailers or from a safe market. More importantly, and perhaps why our legislature continues to refuse to pass this overwhelmingly popular legislation - legalization ends stops, detentions, searches, and seizures based on suspicion of cannabis possession. We're not done fighting. We'll remember in November. We'll be back in 2023. Back the Green!
