About this campaign

Decoding Dyslexia Tennessee board member Anna Thorsen had a huge response to her recent tweet that said

"My daughter reads at the 12th percentile. Her spelling is terrible.

She loves reading. She is writing a book.

Lets be careful when we look at struggling readers as unteachable or uninterested in literacy.

Some of us can struggle and thrive at the same time..."

Since people connected so deeply to the last line of the tweet, we wanted to make a t shirt with that quote so people could wear it proudly.
