East Mountain: Building a Space for Discipling Christian Leaders

Anyone who has spent time at East Mountain or heard testimonials can see the value of a space away from the chaos of everyday life for deep communal Christian learning and living. For eleven years, the Lord has been using East Mountain South Africa as this community and this instrument of transformation, but our "space" has been a struggle. A place surrounded by God’s flourishing nature has been a wonderful backdrop for our intentional growth opportunities for young leaders, but due to various factors, we have had to move several times, and been limited by rental agreements.

This year, however, the Lord has opened the door to purchase an amazing property that's being offered to us for $350,000, a price below market value, and at 0% interest over the next two years. We would like to raise the $350,000 in 2024 for the property and an additional $350,000 in 2025 to build and furnish a residency house. Please consider partnering with us and contributing towards our property funding needs. With this acquisition, we would no longer be burdened by rent, and would even have income and sustainability opportunities! We are so excited by the potential for this property to be a place that meets the needs of our vision for emerging and engaged leaders to be transformed and encouraged by the Gospel and empowered to go back and make a Kingdom impact on their communities for years to come!
