About this campaign

ECPR Activism was formed in 2015 to raise awareness and expose animal cruelty in the US and around the world. We believe both education and action are key in promoting change in animal welfare and conservation.

Emerald City Pet Rescue was established in 2013, by Vivian Goldbloom, as a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, nurturing and rehabilitating homeless and neglected animals from over-crowded shelters across the United States and around the world, as well as animals in need due to relinquishment, for the purpose of placing them in loving forever homes. We work to educate, promote and help the public with spaying and neutering their pets.
