Everybody Zen Yoga & Fitness is a new yoga studio coming very soon to John's Island, SC. We are dedicated to bringing the benefits and bliss of yoga to, well...every body! We believe that yoga is more than a workout, it's a way to bring the community together. Yoga has been consistently proven as an effective way to trim down, tone up, gain flexibility, and most importantly, reduce stress! The studio is a 100% no-judgement zone and our classes are welcome to anyone, regardless of experience, fitness level, or demographic. We will provide a variety of classes to keep things interesting and flexible (pun intended). All poses can be modified to accommodate for fitness, ability, or confidence levels. Our goal is for you to leave every class feeling more confident in yourself than when you walked in the door.
