About this campaign

Yearly, Excelsior hosts a public potluck for the folks at the lounge. In recent years this has feed upwards of 30 hungry geeks the Monday following Thanksgiving. This event is to help those who may not be able to afford Thanksgiving, live alone, have poor family lives, or would just really like a holiday event with friends. Funds raised by this will help offset the cost of turkey, mashed potatoes, and the ingredients to make these things work for an estimated 40 people this year. All are welcome, and all who attend are encouraged to bring a dish to share. Bobby and Tiana of Excelsior make the turkey and potatoes to assure those with allergies are safe and fed

6th annual Excelsior Comics and Games Friendsgiving, 6th year of Bobby Whitcomb and I hosting a second Thanksgiving for all that frequent the shop, friends, or weird, geeky vagabonds

for those who don't know, This is something we try to put together as a potluck for a few reasons.

The first is, the Store is our family

The second, A lot of us don't come from the best home lives.

The third, Its a reason to celebrate, play games, and eat food.

The only catch is, everyone's gotta bring something! We do end up with a food allergies to be aware of. We have the Turkey and Mashed Potatoes covered!

SO YOU ARE ALL AWARE, last year we BLASTED through 6 full turkey. so this year we are looking at 7, if not 8..... BUT, we did get a fancy new smoker ♥
