There is nothing better than having the Hoot start your weekend, but having it ease into Saturday night is pretty good too. I cannot begin to recall all of the new songs or artists that I've discovered thanks to Dondo.
30 years, and I've only missed one or two episodes. I recently moved from Reno to Folsom, and I am so homesick and desperate to get back. Listening to you makes me feel connected--you've gotten me through some wonderful and some rough times, Dondo.
The Hoot is an institution. It is entertainment and educational. For the past 30 years it has broaden the musical horizons for so many, honored those who have moved to the next realm, and has developed into the apex of creativity and enjoyment.
