Free Clayton Allison - Scales 2

On September 24th, 2008, Clayton Allison's world was turned upside down when a tragic accident took the life of his 15 month old daughter Jocelynn. She tumbled down a flight of stairs in the family home and struck her head against a wooden chair on the landing. She died later that day during the surgery that was supposed to save her life. Through manipulation, lies, suppression of evidence, bias, incompetence, and willful negligence, those representing the State of Alaska secured a conviction for a crime that never happened.
The guilty verdict came in February of 2015, and in July of 2015 Clayton was sentenced to 40 years with 10 suspended and 15 years of mandatory probation after release.
