The Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) is the leading international organization dedicated to finding a cure for sarcoidosis and improving care for sarcoidosis patients through research, education, and support. Since its establishment in 2000, FSR has fostered over $5 million in sarcoidosis-specific research efforts. I was diagnosed in 2013. Glory to God, I am in remission since 2015. I recently have had a relative (by marriage) diagnosed after YEARS of symptoms.
My youngest son has been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis.
I was diagnosed with Sarcoidos in 2018, as a result had my left lung and lymph nodes removed. Everyday, I am facing challenges with my health, fatigue, hyperpigmentation in my face/ neck, asthma, and shortness of breath. Staying hopeful positive.
