About this campaign

Families For HoPE relies solely on donations to run our organization. We are constantly in a fundraising mode to raise awareness and serve families touched by holoprosencephaly. One way in which we do this is through our T Shirt Campaigns. Our t-shirts are one-of-a-kind designs that are available only during the fundraiser. The design on the back is meant to represent each of the children diagnosed with HPE. We base the list off of who is registered in our database. The shirt shown is just a sample. The final printing will have your child's name if they are in our database. Duplicate names will not show up due to limitations on space. Please reach out to Families For HoPE if your child is not registered in our database. This year’s design is about action. Each word on this t-shirt is a verb – a word word used to describe an action.

Advocate-Our parents and caregivers advocate for their child every day when working with their doctors, teachers, siblings, or other persons.

Support-Families For HoPE was created to help support our families through providing information on the diagnosis of Holoprosencephaly (HPE) and to point them in the direction of those in the research community that could offer guidance.

Educate-Our continuing journey which began 17 years ago not only seeks to educate and equip our families to communicate with their medical providers, but to also to educate those same providers in how to communicate with our families.

Empower-Families For HoPE’s vital peer community is made stronger and more confident together so our families speak up for their child and educate those around them.

Hope-Our families show the world there is truly HoPE in holoprosencephaly through the lived-experiences of those touched by HPE. . .

Love-At the end of the day, love is what matters most to us. We love our kids, our families and friends. To quote John Lennon and Paul McCartney, “All You Need Is Love”.
