About this campaign

Please: Only choose the pick up option if you are GATE Staff/volunteer AND have ticketed entry to the event for this year. Otherwise, please have your items shipped directly from Custom Ink to ensure timely delivery.

If you choose PICK UP: Items for pick up will be available on Playa in The Black Hole from August 24th, 2026 through September 6th, 2026. PLEASE ONLY CHOOSE THIS OPTION IF YOU CAN ACTUALLY PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. Unclaimed items opted for pickup can be shipped after the event at the cost of the recipient. Items unclaimed by December 31st, 2026 become forfeit and will be donated to GPE as a gift.

All Sales Final. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless the vendor makes a mistake. Note that none of your contribution goes to pay for alcohol.

Many of our volunteers are in the desert for a month or longer, often giving up most or all of their own free time at the event in favor of making sure everyone else has a great time. Some examples include: Art Car maintenance and upkeep, transportation to and from shifts, logistical camp planning and wish list items, general operational resources, extra shade and seating, social house equipment, new sound system, appreciation swag for our crew, community support, non alcoholic beverages, emergency supplies, etc...
