About this campaign

This giving season, join us in further increasing access to science!

ASM’s Global Public Health Programs is raising funds to support microbiologists from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to attend ASM Microbe 2024, coming to Atlanta, GA, in June 2024. Your purchase and donation will enable exceptional scientists from around the world to attend ASM Microbe 2024. They will have the opportunity to share and contribute to an engaging exchange of science, network with their peers and further advance scientific discoveries, helping strengthen global health.

At ASM, we believe that science is global and that equitable access to resources should be supported regardless of location. By including scientists from LMICs at our annual ASM Microbe meeting, you are fostering this global approach and supporting our vision of enabling all scientists to participate in furthering microbial sciences.

About ASM
The American Society for Microbiology is the largest single life science society, composed of more than 35,000 scientists and health professionals. ASM's mission is to promote and advance the microbial sciences.
