Granville Fire Department - Shirt Fundraiser

Shop with a First Responder is one of the most meaningful community events we are proud to be a part of each year. This program gives local children and families, who may be facing financial hardship, the opportunity to enjoy a brighter holiday season. During the event, children are paired with members of the fire department, police department, EMS, and other first responders for a special shopping trip where they can pick out gifts, winter clothing, essentials, and more. Beyond the shopping itself, the event creates positive interactions, lasting memories, and meaningful relationships between first responders and the community we serve. What makes Shop with a First Responder so special is the impact it has on both the children and the responders involved. It’s about more than presents — it’s about kindness, support, mentorship, and showing local families that their community stands beside them. Thanks to the generosity of our community, this program continues to grow each year and helps make the holiday season a little brighter for families in need.
