About this campaign
Heart Camp is a place where kids can be kids! We welcome kids and teens who have had heart/lung transplants or have a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension and give them an opportunity for adventure, friendship and a traditional camp experience. It costs over $1000 per camper to ensure they have a great week filled with boating, crafts, swimming, ziplining and s'mores while being safely monitored by an interdisciplinary medical team.

I already knew these heart kiddos were so strong, but seeing them come together to support each other, try new things, and share their feelings inspired more pride in them! I want kids to continue being able to attended this special camp!
