Helmets For Cody Gets a New Bike

On June 7, 2014 Cody was on a bike ride and fell that resulted in a fractured skull, a c2 fracture , orbital fracture and multiple face fractures. His injury included a bleed on the brain and a traumatic brain injury.  His recovery has been very long and with his will, he is doing better then ever expected. From the start he was very positive to resume his life.  In the first few days of having surgery he was already teaching many of the importance of helmets. He has been asked to speak in different places, join different events and become a image of the future for safty on bicycles. As spring is coming quickly there will be many who will be venturing out on the road and he will be on his mission in full effect again. This is also when he will be in need of a new bicycle. It is so important that he is fitted and given the safest bicycle possible. The funds from this will go toward the bicycle and the remainder will be used to buy helmets for people he meets that are in need of helmets. He is always raffling them off, giving them away and buying them for people. His sister (KOREY) and his non biological sister who he loves dearly (ALLISON) made this site for him because they can not wait to go out on a ride for the first time. On the one year anniversary we are planning a special event. We are in hopes that people will attend to support him and be willing to wear their shirts.
