Support HFA and our bleeding disorders community through the purchase of our limited edition "I love someone with a bleeding disorder" shirt! All proceeds from this shirt will support our emergency assistance program, Helping Hands, which provides critical funds to families and individuals who may be experiencing financial hardship during a difficult time in their life.
