Operation: Hold On

I am a United States Navy Special Ops wife.  I have endured 3 deployments, plus numerous workups and training sessions that have taken my husband away.  For the longest time I drown myself in loneliness, to much alcohol and just the thoughts of giving up on any dream I had due to the many moves we as military families endure, plus deployments that happen about every other year or more, it depends.  I finally got fed up with putting my dreams on hold and decided I was going to some how figure out how to keep my dreams alive while still being able to endure the many changes and moves our family goes through.   As I find myself on the countdown to our next move, which is overseas, I also find myself with added anxiety, stress and fear that I will lose all I have worked for and mostly fear I will lose myself again.  I am fed up losing everything when we move and just going along with whatever may come.  I need myself back and I got it.  Now I don't want to lose it.  Help me and you will possibly be helping future spouses with the same issue.  We can no longer stand in the background because not all of us as spouses want to.  We want lives too.  We deserve them!  Attached you will see what I have worked so hard for, I will also be leaving behind wonderful clients I have have the privilege of training. www.r2efitness.com
