Hoodies for Hounds

I have been actively working in my community for the past 7 years helping chained dogs and their families. In 2015 I founded By the Grace of Dog. We have a simple mission: To Prevent neglect, cruelty and abandonment of animals through education, outreach and rescue and to do it with kindness and compassion. I work hard daily to advocate for chained dogs and educate owners about the effects of long term chaining. I have delivered hundreds of bales of straw, 1000's of pounds of food and provided better insulated shelters for hundreds of chained dogs in Southwestern Pa over the past 7 years. It is my greatest wish that all dogs will someday be unchained but in the meantime I do all I can to make sure they are getting the best help possible.
