About this campaign

Hop into SPRING with some Aortic Hope Swag! Time to kick off our annual, limited-edition swag items for sale! Please note this fundraiser will end on April 16th. These items make perfect gifts for Mother's Day or Father's Day!

We have a variety of spring colors in unisex and women's only t-shirts! A portion of the sales will be used towards funding Aortic Hope's initiatives within the community.
