About this campaign
The Hospice Promise Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to assist persons in Hospice care and their families with essential, non-hospice related expenses. For example, we have provided burial assistance, utilities, temporary housing, grocery & personal care items. We verify financial need for all requests. Our work is helping hospice patients in their greatest time of need.

My mother was cared for by hospice in her last days. It was a very difficult time and they were truly angels.
My father was in hospice care and was a patient of the Frederick, Maryland branch. Both places were just wonderful with my dad and he really liked everyone that come to do visits.
Hospice is near and dear to my heart. I have lived it with three family members and worked in this industry for 15 years. I am so proud to be a part of LHC.
