Helping spread awareness and raising money to help those who need extra therapy and help studies bring us closer to the answers we need.

Welcome back!! This is year5forteam #iAmAwareand we are excited to make 2015 bigger & better than last year!
Five years ago I was just a mom trying to figure out how to help my family with this new challenge we were presented with, now I'm a mom on a mission not only helping my family but other families who cannot afford the extra therapy / help they need and of course helping to spread awareness to others.
